MEET NIKA PAVIC
Nika Pavic is a certified Mental Game Coaching Professional and Transformation Trainer. After earning her MBA and MPH degrees, Nika spent over a decade working in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and diplomacy. She focused on national chronic disease prevention and health promotion programs.
Despite the efforts of global organizations, she noticed that these programs often failed to significantly improve individuals’ quality of life or decrease chronic disease rates. This led Nika to research alternative ways to help people improve their mental resilience and physical stamina.
Nika now helps a diverse range of clients, including young athletes, businesspeople, professionals in high-risk professions, and students seeking to excel in their mental game. She works exclusively with ambitious individuals who have goals and passion but struggle to overcome obstacles. Nika’s clients include physicians, equestrians, nurses, entrepreneurs, and footballers.

I first came across the concept of mental coaching through social media, dismissing it initially as a trend, but nothing more. However, my perception took a completely different turn when I attended a presentation on this subject by Nika Pavic. She managed to explain it the right way, unveiling the complexity of this job and the technique needed to master it, which Nika effortlessly embodies.
This was about 9 months ago, when I embarked on this amazing journey, as Nika’s mentee. I was very skeptical about the whole idea of sports psychology and mental game coaching especially being a physician. We often think we know best and do not need help.
I had some issues on my team and was finding myself in a dead-end street professionally. Nika really did not use any magical technique, I have to admit that. She used the tools that were so simple, I was jealous I did not think of them first. But she enabled me to look at things from another perspective and change
